Retail ERP & supermarket software in Nigeria

Retail software for shops, supermarkets and chains: a barcode till that works offline, stock that follows every sale, branch transfers, supplier matching and accounts that post themselves. For Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.

A till that scans barcodes and works offline, stock that drops with every sale, purchasing matched to deliveries, and accounts that post themselves. One system for a single shop or a chain of branches.

In retail, the till, the shelf and the bank should tell the same story

Stock that follows sales

The system says eighteen in stock. The shelf is empty. A customer leaves without what they came for. Each sale takes stock off the shelf count, and a stock count corrects the record with a reason for every difference.

Branch transfers

One branch is out of rice while the other is overstocked. Goods are sent across in a van with nothing written down. Transfers between branches are requested, issued and received on record, so each store’s stock is right.

Cashier shifts

The drawer is short and three people used the till. Every cashier opens and closes their own shift, with sales by payment method against the cash counted.

Supplier matching

A supplier’s statement shows more owed than you expected. Checking means digging out every delivery note. Orders, deliveries and bills are matched line by line, and the vendor ledger shows what is open and how old it is.
