Accounting software in Nigeria

Accounting software where sales, receipts and bills post themselves. Customer and vendor ledgers, payment allocation, ageing, month-end close, tax, fixed assets and financial statements. For Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.

Sales, receipts, supplier bills and payroll post to the ledger when they happen. Customer and vendor ledgers, ageing, bank and cash transfers, tax, fixed assets and financial statements are all in one place, and a closed month stays closed.

Month-end should be a check, not a rescue

Automatic posting

The accountant spends the first week of every month typing last month’s sales into the ledger from printed reports. Every sale, receipt and bill posts itself as it happens. Month-end is spent reviewing figures that are already there.

Payment allocation

A customer insists an invoice was settled. You have a lump-sum transfer from them and no record of which bills it covered. Payments are matched to the bills they settle. The statement shows each bill as paid, part-paid or open, and ageing follows the open ones.

Month-end close

Management accounts went to the board last week. Today someone back-dated a receipt into that month and the figures no longer agree. Close a month once it is final. Nothing more can be posted into it except by the people you allow, and reopening needs a reason.

Guided transfers

Yesterday’s takings were banked. The clerk is not sure which side is the debit, so the transfer sits unrecorded. Choose “Cash to Bank”, the two accounts and the amount. The entry is written correctly for you.
